Un condominio. Dodici famiglie. Uno stenditoio. Uno spazio adibito allo sciorinamento dei panni: al suo interno, la piccola comunità che ne fruisce – come una tessitura del quotidiano muove i fili, raccoglie la biancheria, ne stende di pulita. L’intervento dell’artista che riporta all’elemento acqua, diventa parte della tessitura. Steso tra i panni, accoglie i condomini, evocando la voce del mare.

An apartment building. Twelve families. Clotheslines in the basement. A space used to spread out clothes: inside it, the little community that uses it moves the lines, collects the laundry, and hangs wet clothes – as if it were weaving as a routine. The artist’s intervention, which draws the attention to the element of water, becomes part of the weaving. Hung among the clothes, it mixes with the community, evoking the voice of the sea.
