ANGELICA RUGGIERO

Angelica Ruggiero. (Giovinazzo, BA, 1987). Vive e lavora a Bologna. Approfondisce dapprima il linguaggio delle fotografia. Amplia dunque la propria ricerca dialogando con il sistema interdisciplinare dell’arte: la performance, il video, l’installazione. Attraverso il lavoro interroga le connessioni invisibili che operano nella consuetudine della materia. Le sue opere trovano ispirazione nell’indagine metafisica, nel tentativo di sondare il confine labile fra ciò che è e ciò che siamo.

Angelica Ruggiero (Giovinazzo, BA, Italy, 1987) lives and works in Bologna. She first delved into the language of photography, later broadening her research to the interdisciplinary art system in its whole: performance, video, and installation. In her work, she focuses on the invisible connections that operate within the matter. She finds inspiration in metaphysical enquiry, in an attempt to investigate the tenuous boundary between what it is and what we are.
